Lesley has been writing about the changing face of the UK commercial printing industry for 25 years. Having graduated from London University to 'pasting-up' advertisements for Yellow Advertiser Group magazines and spending long hours at typesetters and printers proofing galleys and passing pages, Lesley migrated to writing about the print sector, starting out in the 1980s as a novice reporter on the long gone New in Printing magazine before becoming a news hack. She followed this as news/features editor of PrintWeek (then LithoWeek!) where she also had the dubious pleasure of editing one of the first trade show 'dailies'. For the last ten years she has edited print trade publications for SJP Business Media, where she has edited Image Reports for the last three and a half years.
 

The advertising manager of Image Reports, Carl Archer is your contact for print, online and event activities across the Image Reports brand.

Carl came to the UK from New Zealand in 2001 and after the usual antipodean's stint in the hospitality industry moved in to publishing in 2003.  Starting out in consumer press for four years Carl found the world of Business to Business publishing much more rewarding and focused with the added bonus of really getting a feel for an industry.  Now with 9 years of publishing experience he is a staunch advocate for print advertising – essential for the print industry.

 
James has worked in digital media for over 12 years having previously been at an award winning global advertising agency specialising in B2B communications. His background in design and development help James to project manage multiple digital projects while also being responsible for all digital marketing campaigns.
