Spectrum Digital Services becomes agent for Gerber

Spectrum Print Services has been made the official Gerber distributer for its sign making signage product range in the Republic of Ireland. The company will be representing the following products for Gerber in Ireland, Gerber Edge FX, Envision 375, GS plus Plotters, Sabre 404/408, Omega, Artpath, Autocarve, software upgrades as well as materials such as foils, vinyl, all accessories and spare parts.

John Sweeney, sales director of Spectrum Digital Services, said: "We saw a gap in the market because our company regularly receives requests for Gerber hardware products which up until now have been purchased through European channels. We decided to approach Gerber directly as we have a long standing relationship with the company. Being a Gerber agent allows us direct access to all Gerber products including capital equipment, software and parts.  It also means shorter lead times and a more efficient service for our customers. Another very important point is that the agency brings with it competitive pricing, which is always good news for the customer".
