Shillabeer Wallcoverings takes Roland VersaArt RS-640

Shillabeer Wallcoverings is now using a Roland DG VersaArt RS-640 wide-format printer to enhance its print quality on Neschen's specialist inkjet printable wallpaper.

The Belfast company, owned by Ronnie Maghie and Robin Davis, specialises in producing exclusive wall coverings particularly focussed on the children's market. Shillabeer choose the Roland DG VersaArt RS-640 for its ability to produce high quality prints on Neschen's slightly textured heavy PVC coated non-woven wallpaper.

"We offer an exclusive designer led wallcovering service for the discerning customer who demands quality and wishes to transform their home or commercial environment into a unique and personalised expression of themselves, family or company," said Maghie. "Bespoke wallpaper designs are high quality pieces of art produced in house by Shillabeer artists and are not available anywhere else in the world. In essence it's like having an artist commissioned to create a mural. The application is less time consuming and can be applied in one or two days unlike an artist who could take anything up to three weeks."

Shillabeer Wallcoverings deals directly with domestic clients and with interior designers and architects. "Since our wallcoverings are produced on high quality wallpaper and printed on the Roland DG VersaArt RS-640 the finished product is a durable, washable product that will bring years of enjoyment to our clients," said Maghie.
