Atech to show new textile printer

Atech will unveil the Bedigital PT3200HS direct-to-textile printer on its stand at Sign and Digital UK at the end of April. The 3.3m wide Roland-based Bedigital one-pass textile printer, which is expected to have a price tag of around 150,000 Euros, has a maximum printing speed 90m2/h at a resolution of 360 dpi, 40m2 in four-pass mode.

Using 12 Ricoh E3 printheads, the Bedigital PT3200HS has a maximum resolution 720 x 720dpi. The ink configuration is CCCMMMYYYKKK and there is an ink feeder for using bulk inks, with automatic de pressure control. A ColorGate Rip is included with the printer, which can handle substrate rolls up to 200kg (max. roll diameter 35cm).
