Tech-ni-Fold triple launch planned (25.02.08)

Tech-ni-Fold, developer of the Tri-creaser inline rotary creasing system, will launch three new products at Drupa. I hasn’t revealed details yet, but says they’ll include systems for digital print.

Some 30,000 Tri-creasers have been sold worldwide since the launch in 1999. They use rubber creasing wheels a that stretch the paper fibres rather than breaking them, allowing folding without cracking. There are three colour-coded grades of rubber for light, medium or heavy stock, and eight permuations. The Tri-creaser units can be fitted in-line to a folder, stitching machine or perfect binder. The company offers a three-month money-back guarantee.
