Introducing The Trail Finder Guides
Image Reports is one of six media partners for IPEX
2006 and we have been chosen by IIR Exhibitions to be media partner for
our focus on digital print.
As part of our media partner status we are able to co-produce
two specific trail finder guides with the purpose of giving visitors to
IPEX a sector specific route map around the exhibition’s halls to
make their visit as effective as possible.
The two guides we have chosen reflect the editorial focus
of our magazine:

The Trail Finder Guides in Detail

Each guide is to have a 15,000 print run

The guides will be available at the four main entrance points

There will be signage at the entrances areas promoting the guides

There will be 10 guides in total on various subject sectors

A PDF version of the guide will be available on both the IPEX and
Image Reports websites.

The guides will be in an A4 format
-
They will contain a minimum of 16 pages of editorial content from
both Image Reports and IIR Exhibitions.

A dedicated page on the IPEX website. This web address will be promoted
on all marketing collateral for all trails.

Exhibitor newsletters that go to a database of over 3,500 exhibitors
and potential exhibitors. The trails have already been mentioned in
the Autumn Issue No. 4 and will be included in Issues 5 and 6 in the
run-up to the show.

E-mail visitor campaign to pre-registered visitors

Press releases sent out to PR database

As part of updates to international associations and group trips
- Onsite marketing in the form of signage on the
participating exhibitor’s stand.
