Signmaster Systems has become the new reseller for Seiko Instruments. The deal, which involves Signmaster and its sister company S2 Digital, has been agreed to help grow the brand in the UK.
Sign and Digital UK will see Signmaster showing the Seiko ColorPainter M-64s printing with low odour eco-solvent SX-ink, and the ColorPainter H2-104s, which prints at up to 100m²/h, plus the ColourPainter W-64s and W-54s. These models were showcased with the W-54s showing off the Neon Ink option while demonstrating a print-and-cut feature with the Graphtec FC8600 series driven by Signlab.
The Seiko devices use drop on demand piezoelectric printheads. The 1024GS printhead and the new RC512 recirculation printhead have a maximum productivity of 714 or 900 [uL/sec], developed based on isolated channel technology for achieving higher jetting frequency. Two types of initial drop size (7pl and 12pl) are available.
