Ink producer Sun Chemical has made its online troubleshooting guide available as an app for mobile devices. Available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, the app helps PSPs resolve common technical defects that can arise during a print run.
After choosing the relevant printing process, the app uses both photos and defect terms (dot gain, pinholes, feathering, comets, etc.) to help the printer identify what technical problems they are facing and then provides a suggested solution.
