Transilwrap, a manufacturer, converter and distributor of specialty film products, has acquired Clear Focus Imaging, a manufacturer and supplier of One Way Vision films. The latter has a manufacturing, converting, sales and distribution site in Santa Rosa, California servicing customers in Europe as well as North America.
“This acquisition expands and strengthens Transilwrap’s value-added manufacturing capabilities to support growth in new market segments. Clear Focus’ innovative technologies will allow both companies to offer customers an even broader line of product solutions and services further adding value for our combined customers.” said Andy Brewer, Transilwrap’s president and CEO.

In November 2013, The Jordan Company, in partnership with the existing management team, acquired Transilwrap as a platform to build a leading global specialty films company. Clear Focus represents the second acquisition in 15 months under Jordan’s ownership.
All Clear Focus business operations and employees will continue to be managed separately by the current leadership team as part of Transilwrap’s Graphic Solutions Business Unit.
