London-based POS specialist SMP Group has placed an order at Fespa 2015 for an Onset R50i.
SMP director of digital print Mark Turner said: “UV technology is at the heart of our digital print production. The investment in the Inca Onset R50i is the result of an expansion project and part of our ongoing commitment to increase productivity, enhance quality and ultimately deliver the greatest value to customers."
He added: “We are impressed by the perfect balance between speed and quality offered by the Onset R50i, and the 14 picolitre drop size delivers detailed, high resolution images. The 3.2 x1.6m bed will also allow us to lay and print three sheets at the same time, increasing our productivity."
