Lincoln-based textile print specialist Your Print Partner has expanded with the acquisition of The Flag Wizard.
The Flag Wizard, which will now trade as a division of YPP, was established by Steve Hannant in Norfolk over 28 years ago. YPP founder and owner Stuart Maclaren said of its acquisition: “Having worked with Steve personally, I have always appreciated his dedication to his clients along with his energy, enthusiasm and industry experience. Our companies share key values, putting an emphasis on innovation and product quality, so it was clear that this would be an ideal opportunity for expansion. We all wish him the very best for the future as he departs for new projects overseas.”
To support the expansion, YPP has bought another large-format Mimaki printer, which is expected to increase its annual textile print capacity by an additional 50,000m2 per year.
New staff will also be joining the company in both customer service and print production roles.
