Smurfit Kappa has received 11 nominations across eight categories in the 2014 Pulp and Paper International (PPI) Awards, the winners of which will be announced in October. The nominations fall mostly within sustainability-focused areas, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.
Smurfit Kappa’s Vision on Sustainability was launched in 2013 with an increased focus on tackling climate change through measures such as targets for CO2 reduction.
