We don’t have one singular thing that’s having an impact; it’s a combination of everything. We are constantly evolving and learning new things every day. We wear a few different hats in here, all equally important. So I suppose just managing the day-to-day operations in hand with pushing growth in the areas we want, and not letting the ball drop in between!
Where do you see the greatest wide-format opportunities?
I suppose every company have their own individual opportunities. For us, I would say textiles.. What would make your day-to-day operations easier? A HP Scitex flatbed – our lives would be so much easier if we had one already. Your favourite bit of kit is..? I’m gonna say the HP Z6200 - never any issues, so easy to operate and run. And superb results.
What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given?
Deliver 110%. Know your market. Love what you do.
What are you most proud of achieving?
Winning Printer of the Year 2011. Proud of how much we’ve progressed and what we have achieved so far in general. Running it with my two sisters also…. we haven’t managed to kill one another either (yet)!
What lesson does the wide-format sector need to learn?
I’m stuck on this one to be honest… to have a neat and tidy studio as it saves time and means a much easier production flow.
