IMI Europe has announced the full speaker and panel session programme for its strategic Digital Printing Conference (Marriott Berlin City Centre Hotel, Berlin, Germany, 9-10 October 2019), with supporting events on 7-8 October including a mergers and acquisitions forum, digital packaging market reports live session and the Inkjet Academy.
The main conference programme has been planned with input from the conference strategic advisory board, comprising Martin Schoeppler (president and CEO, Fujifilm Dimatix), Marco Boer (VP IT Strategies), Pete Saunders (director inkjet businesses, Sun Chemical), Kenneth Stack (president Proximus) and Mike Willis (chairman, IMI Europe and MD Pivotal Resources).
The presentation programme includes:
- Market updates from IT Strategies, Proximus, FM Future and Keypoint Intelligence - Infotrends
- Updates and views from Landa Digital, Fujifilm Dimatix, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, Hewlett Packard, Memjet, Ricoh Europe, Sun Chemical, Sensient and Xerox
- New technology overviews from Printed Electronic and Pivotal Resources
The ‘Mergers and Acquisitions Forum’ will take place on 8 October with a panel session chaired by Kenneth Stack of Proximus LLC.
‘Market Reports Live - Digital Packaging Printing’ will take place the same day, with input from Bob Leahey from Keypoint Intelligence-Infotrends.
The Inkjet Academy (7-8 October) will cover the basic theory behind the many types of inkjet technology used today. The event will be delivered by Dr Alan Hudd of Alchemie Technology and Mike Willis of Pivotal Resources, the founders of the Inkjet Academy, who have been presenting the course since 1998.
