Antalis adds live chat feature to its online product selector

Antalis has added a live chat feature to its Substr8 interactive online product selector.

Substr8 - launched in May 2019 - allows customers, specifiers and end users to navigate the company’s roll and rigid media by application across eight. With the live chat feature users can ask Antalis’ large-format specialists questions as they investigate the products. “With specifiers and end users becoming increasingly conscious of making sure the large-format substrates used in their projects align with their brand, and meet their environmental criteria, Substr8 helps to guide them through what can be an overwhelming array of options,” said strategic marketing manager Katie Farr.
