New Gunner cutters come to Europe

China-based Gunner High Performance Vinyl Cutters has brought out two new digital cutting systems - the GR 8000-180 and GR 1325F - available in the UK exclusively via sole distribution agent David Coleman and Associates.

The GR 8000-180 has a roll-fed vinyl cutter with reflective sheeting cutting capability, a maximum contour cutting width of 1630mm (non-contour cutting) and 1520mm (contour cutting), and a maximum mountable media width of 1780mm. It is compatibile with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw and AutoCad. The GR 1325F, a CNC flatbed vinyl cutter, has a maximum contour cutting width of 1350 x 2500mm (non-contour cutting) and 1240 x 2480mm (contour cutting), can handle material up to 1.5mm thick, and has a maximum cutting speed of 600mm per second. Installation and servicing of the new machines is being handled by The Dennison Group.
