Elitron will use Fespa Global to introduce a patented, twin 45° cutting tool, which in one pass can create a 90° cut, thus cutting V-cut production times in half.
The new DL 45° tool, for use on honeycomb materials, allows for V-cutting anywhere on the sheet as its two independent blades are electronically controlled. The same tool can also be used in the traditional v-cut mode, with only one single blade.
At Fespa Global Elitron will also show: a new Digital Multi Degree (DMD) Module with both motorised giant circular blade and V-Cut blade option; a3kW Milling Module with new automatic milling tool changer; a new automatic feeding system, together with an incorporated new patented seeker system from the underside.
