Fujifilm partners with Logatek in Italy

As part of its drive to increase sales of the Acuity printer range, Fujifilm has partnered print dealership Logatek in Italy.

Logatek has a long history with Fujifilm and has a number of customers who have bought Acuity printers through it in the past. The company, which plans to host dedicated open house events showcasing the Acuity Prime at its recently enlarged showroom in Rome later this year, will take on commercial distribution responsibilities across Italy for the machine.

The move follows recent announcements from Fujifilm that Papyrus Viscom will sell and distribute Acuity Prime flatbeds in the Benelux - and that Soyang is to sell the Acuity Ultra R2 printer in the UK. This comes hard on the heels of Colm Garvey’s appointment as Fujifilm’s European dealer manager for wide-format products, tasked with expanding the European sales of the Acuity machines, of which he said there is “a sales potential far beyond the markets we’re traditionally associated with, and we need local market knowledge, connections and expertise to fully capitalise on volume sales potential.”
