Preston-based Granthams Graphic Technology has formally changed its name to Granthams GT following its buyout by Manchester-based Entwistle group. The deal, completed last month, sees the operations retain their separate premises, management and staff and operate as separate companies.
In a statement Granthams said “Entwistle will be working alongside us to help both businesses expand their large-format presence and drive forward into new and exciting areas of the industry. Entwistle has heavily invested in print equipment as well as sustainability and looks to strengthen the group with the knowledge and expertise of the Granthams GT team”.
Granthams GT offers wide-format kit and supplies from a range of companies including HP, Mimaki, Roland, Summa, Keencut, Drytac and Metamark. Entwistle group sells CAD and graphics inkjet and dye-sub printers and supplies alongside MFPs, scanners and finishing equipment as well as offering print services, including wide-format.
