Skin First recently commissioned Paul Turner Displays to advise, produce and install the internal graphics and outdoor signage for its new store in Heswall, Cheshire.
In response the company provided a solution which would let in as much natural light as possible but protect staff from glare via a one-way graphic applied to the outside window mounted in conjunction with a reverse cut out translucent vinyl at the base.
The next challenge was to cover the poor exterior frontage of the clinic. By first making a framework, a 6m tray sign was installed, covering the damaged brickwork and transforming the appearance of the shop front in an instance. A projecting sign was constructed using the same material to ensure the shop was easily visible if approached from any direction.
Internally, the reception desk and walls were covered with graphics using anti scuff laminates plus non-reflective laminates to minimise reflections. The whole installation was completed in one day.
