Signs Express Plymouth owner takes part in Sound Venture

Using his boat Sound Venture, Chris Reilly, owner of Signs Express (Plymouth) took part in the Eddystone Charity Sailing Pursuit in Plymouth last Saturday to raise funds for St. Luke’s Hospice - an organisation providing specialist end of life care at home, in Derriford Hospital or in Turnchapel.

Reilly, who manned one of the 68 yachts that sailed over 26 miles in the challenge, said: “This pursuit was the perfect opportunity to combine my passion for sailing with our fundraising efforts. The fundraising page (thttps://www.justgiving.com/stlukeshospiceplymouth) is still open, so no matter what you have, if you can donate a little goes a long way!”

The Eddystone Charity Sailing Pursuit has raised almost half a million pounds for local good causes, making it the third largest fundraising event in the south-west.
