PressOn has completed a major package of work for the Crossrail project. The job required printing and installing 450m of hoarding graphics at construction sites throughout London, including at Bond Street, Paddington, Liverpool Street, Oxford Street, Moorgate, Farringdon, Custom House and Whitechapel stations.
The company used its HP Latex 3500 to print the hoarding graphics onto permanent viny, which was then mounted onto 3mm aluminium composite material panels.
PressOn was also responsible for installation of the graphics across the project’s central London sites, which involved consultation with the individual contractors at each worksite to identify the best methodology. This involved meticulous planning to schedule installation without disrupting the construction programme, as well as health and safety obligations, and other logistical complexities surrounding pedestrian and traffic management.
