Zund UK evolves following acquisition

Following its acquisition by Zund Systemtechnik earlier this year, St Albans-based Zund Plotting Systems (UK) has officially changed its name to Zund UK. The company is also undergoing refurbishment to create a larger dedicated demonstration centre that will house new Zund machines fitted with over-cutter cameras and laser modules as unveiled at Fespa 2017. Zund UK plans to hold a number of open house events next year, introducing more people to the expanded range.

In other moves, Zund UK has appointed new sales personnel. James Newnham, Paul Whitford and Steve Rowbotham have all been appointed sales account managers, while Thomas Scott is a new sales technician. "Becoming a subsidiary of Zund Systemtechnik has enabled us to make big changes here at Zund UK,” said MD Stuart Cole."
