Antalis Digital Academy hits milestone

500 people passed through the Antalis Digital Academy in 2017, which has hosted 75 workshops during the year.
Originally an internal resource for its own employees, the Digital Academy quickly opened up to Antalis customers and three years on it offers 30 different led by independent experts. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practical advice, the workshops help printers, designers and signmakers to upskill or diversify. Giles Bristow, Antalis’ digital support manager, said: “We’re continually looking to add more workshops. This year alone we’ve added our Corel Draw and Digital Wallcoverings Applications workshops to our roster, which have been some of our most popular courses. As we look forward to 2018, we have major plans for our Academy and look forward to welcoming even more customers seeking to upskill and expand their enterprise.” Hop Industries highlights product possibilities Hop Industries, manufacturer of Hop-Syn synthetic paper, has a new website that highlights the product’s various applications, such as POP displays, banners, posters etc. The website features the company’s six synthetic paper grades - Hop-Syn G1, G2, XT, TO, DL and BL - along with converting services available.
