Tradeprint ups its online game

Tradeprint has gone live with a new print-ordering website that is integrated with the Cimpress Mass Customisation Platform. As such it connects the trade printer to the manufacturing plants of the whole group, which it says enables it to offer print, marketing and creative professionals a much wider range of products. “Last week, we launched an extensive range of labels on a roll featuring an abundance of creative finishes. New products coming soon include a vast expansion of our large-format offering, and a whole new range of promotional items including hats, mugs and t-shirts,” said a spokesperson. The online system incorporates a simplified navigation and stripped back product configurator so customers can more quickly find and select product options. There’s also a help centre and a range of white label marketing collaterals to help users introduce and sell the full Tradeprint product range. “We also added the functionality to order sets of print, allowing customers to order multiple versions of the same item from one page and within one order, and our checkout process now has the functionality to store payment card details, a popular request from our customers,” said the spokesperson. “We worked with our customers to design this new website, and this customer-centric approach puts their needs at the heart of everything we do. The website is just the beginning of our digital transformation. Projects coming to fruition soon include closed portals and print API connections, keeping us at the forefront of print technology.”
