3M revs up for vehicle wrap tour

3M has organised a 665-mile UK road trip - running 3 - 7 October - to highlight the best that modern vehicle wrapping has to offer.

14 of the company’s authorised vehicle wrappers (AVWs) have each wrapped a vehicle for the occasion, including everything from a Ferrari 458 Italia wrapped in a mix of gloss, matte and metallic films to a 1968 MG Roadster Speckled Hen kitted out with a modern twist. The wrap team will tour the country in these vehicles from the start point at 3M’s UK head office in Bracknell, Berkshire. Stop points will include Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, where the fleet will form a public exhibition, and Wellingborough, Northampton, where it will go on show during the National Drag Racing Championship Finals. The tour will end at Trax Silverstone, the UK’s biggest performance car show, where the vehicles will join ‘Fast Car’ magazine’s stand.
