New ownership for InPrint and Pure Digital shows

Reed Exhibitions is buying Mack Brooks Exhibitions, the company that owns InPrint and Pure Digital event organiser FM Brooks. The transaction is expected to be finalised during the first half of 2019.

Marcus Timson, who with Frazer Chesterman founded the InPrint show for the industrial print sector in 2014, said they will both continue to be involved with the event - slated to take place in Munich 12 - 14 November 2019 - “on a consultancy basis”. He could not comment on Reed’s plans for Pure Digital, scheduled to take place in Eindhoven on 23-24 October. Mack Brooks Exhibitions, based in St. Albans, was established in 1965 and has more than 30 business-to-business events serving nine industry sectors in 14 countries.
