EFI puts MarketDirect in front of B2Bs at marketing show

EFI and creative agency Nutshell Creative are using the B2B Marketing Expo at ExCeL in London (27-28 March) to demonstrate the MarketDirect customer engagement platform, used by the likes of Cestrian.
MarketDirect is built to include print along with digital channels. One of the platform's components enables rapid setup and prototyping of multi-channel marketing campaigns for print, email, web, mobile and social. Cestrian uses MarketDirect to drive increased returns on investment for its customers using targeted, personalised campaigns that span a range of communication platforms. According to the company’s marketing manager, Emma Baker-Smith, the software has enabled Cestrian to streamline its operations. "MarketDirect dramatically increases the speed with which we can complete and distribute a customer campaign," she stated. Nutshell creative managing director Lucy Swanston said of it’s involvement with EFI: "We have been working with MarketDirect Cross Media for many years now, and it has been instrumental within our agency, enabling us to win and secure new clients," said Nutshell Creative Managing Director Lucy Swanston. "We can build campaigns quickly and efficiently to drive more revenue, as well as compete with larger organisations who rely on more complex solutions."
