Vink Holdings has acquired the assets of PaperlinX Visual Technology Solutions (VTS) business in the UK. The new business is trading as Europoint - a company brand from a few years ago - and will be led by Frank Moran as managing director.

Sensient Technologies Corporation has reached an agreement to acquire the assets of Xennia Technology, the UK manufacturer of specialty inks used in digital printing.

Lutterworth-based Blink Print has bought an Agfa Anapurna M2050i 2.05m six-colour printer.

Over the past four years, since the company bought an Agfa Anapurna Mw, the business has almost doubled and now has a turnover approaching £1m.

Felix Schoeller is expanding its product portfolio to include sublimation papers.
