Whether you're a wide format printer, or you're looking to diversify into wide format products, you might be wondering how an MIS copes with the demands of this type of work. In this webinar we looked at the workflow for a multi-product campaign, including ganging and on-site installation, using the Tharstern MIS.
The 30 minute session starts with an overview of how companies can use their MIS and integrated CRM for sales and marketing, and then works through a fictional shop re-fit that requires multiple estimates and jobs. We then follow these jobs through the production workflow through to installation on site and see how the MIS is used by the installation team for quality checking, job tracking and recording of extras discovered on site.
New functionality for Tharstern is also shown including how to estimate for irregular shape nested jobs and how the MIS automatically creates complex impositions for these jobs.
