The BPIF has issued members with guidance to on-site testing for Covid-19 in a bid to help companies identify employees who unknowingly have the virus.
Test kits will be available within Government funding up to 31 March 2021, and those who are able to meet the set criteria may apply. These are: companies with a minimum 50 employees within the workplace; for those who cannot work from home; and the company must be registered in England (there are separate pilots which will be run in Wales and Northern Ireland).
The scheme is being reviewed on a daily basis with a view to open up similar programmes for companies with less than 50 employees; for mobile workers; home workers etc.

If you apply and are accepted, you’ll be taken through the Government-led platform, which has webinars and documented guidance, instruction and appropriate training to ensure the on-site testing operation is conducted safely and accurately.
