OneVision to demo firsts at Drupa

For the first time, OneVision will use Drupa to demonstrate its Stations digital production tracking solution with barcode scanning and a mobile device app.

With Stations the entire production process can be digitally mapped and monitored. Manual activities in particular - such as sewing, eyeletting, drilling, picking, etc. - can be integrated directly into the workflow. Employees can be guided by instructions at the respective work steps. Feedback and status updates from the single stations are displayed centrally and enable tracking of the production status in real time. The solution will be presented live for the first time at drupa with barcode scanning and a mobile device app.

The company will also use Drupa to premiere its Workspace Production job batching solution. Based on workflows and production machines, as well as various job and production parameters, the software intelligently combines print jobs to ensure efficient processes and optimum print and finishing kit utilisation.
