Nth Degree Imaging has become a UK service partner for Epson’s large-format inkjet printers. The company, which has been selling Epson products since its inception in 2008 and has been an official Epson distributor since June 2013, also offers Augmented Reality solutions and various colour management software packages and services.
Founder and MD Phil Dowson said the new arrangement “will see our customers benefiting directly with front-line support from faces that they know and trust” and that as an Epson authorised service partner, Nth Degree will “take control for the customer”, managing any interaction required with Epson. This includes a yearly service and on-site maintenance work executed directly by Nth Degree and charging back to Epson for parts and labour.
Nth Degree’s technical director, Matt Crowther added: “We recognise that having sold a customer a wide-format inkjet printer, the relationship should not end there. We can also offer a full range of media, consumables, colour management tools and workflow software – all backed up by service and technical support. We see this as an ongoing partnership with our customers and as a result, we are always available for advice and help, free of charge, to help ensure the customer’s printer is running at optimum levels of performance.”
Crowther is an Epson trained, large-format inkjet engineer and is FOGRA certified in colour management, with degrees in printing and photographic technology and digital colour imaging.
