Mutoh is presenting the latest addition to ValueJet roll-to-roll printers at Fespa Digital – the 64in wide ValueJet 1604X.
The printer incorporates a piezo drop-on-demand print head capable of firing ink droplets from 3.5pl to 21pl. Incorporating Mutoh’s Intelligent Interweaving technology, 360 x 1080dpi print resolution, and three individually controllable heaters, the ValueJet 1604X can deliver production speeds up to 11.5m²/h.
The VJ-1604X is also supported by the Mutoh ValueJet Status Monitor software (VSM), enabling the operator to remotely verify the printer, ink and media status from a portable device like a tablet or smart phone.
