Wide-format support in the new Apogee 9.1 workflow

The new Apogee Prepress v9.1 automates the production for wide-format output with hot ticket support and template-based production, and a new job-merging feature allows for the combination of completely different orders on the same print job. The built-in Apogee Impose also now features automatic bleed generation.
