Darlington-based Signs Express has worked with local artist Vicky Holbrough and Tees Valley Arts organisation to brighten up park bridges. The one in the picture is on the Geneva Bridge in South Park, Darlington.
Holbrough said: “Working to create a piece of art for public spaces is often not straightforward and the work has to meet the needs of the brief as well as being sensitive to the environment and site conditions, all of which Signs Express has considered in their approach.”
