Metamark acquires Irish distributor Trimwel

Metamark (UK) has acquired long-standing Irish distributor Trimwel, which will continue to trade under its own brand and operate from its established headquarters in Dublin.

Paul French, Metamark CEO said: “The Trimwel acquisition solidifies Metamark’s position in a market that has many similarities with the UK. We’ve always supplied Trimwel with core products, but now we’re aligned like this, we can put marketing, development and other resources into the Irish market to further improve our service and expand the range of Metamark products we offer.
