Solopress is extending its wide-format print capability with two Agfa Anapurna H2500i LED hybrid inkjets and a Kongsberg C44 flatbed cutter. The new kit will join two existing 3.2m Jetrix RX3200 devices, two HP Pagewide XL8000’s and a Fotoba XLD 320 in a 511m2 newly created dedicated wide-format facility at the company’s Southend-base. It is expected to be fully functional in May.
4,501 individual visitors attended Asia Print Expo 2019 in Bangkok (21 - 23 February) from 54 countries. Taking into account visitors attending the event across multiple days, the show attracted a total of 4,681 visitors, an increase of 8% compared with Fespa Asia 2018.
Hull-based trade printer trade printer RMC Digital Print has bought a Durst Rho 512R Plus 5m- wide roll-to-roll UV printer. It marks the company’s second investment in systems and software from Durst - a Rho P10 flatbed was installed two years ago.
