A consumer survey by Focus Money and the German Institute for Quality and Finance has put OKI top of the printer category. For the study, the social media activity of more than 3,000 brands across 146 categories and industries was considered. Over 53m customer votes were evaluated between June 2017 and May 2018 on price, service, quality and reputation as an indicator of how customers perceive and value each brand.
