Fespa has announced that its non-print signage event European Sign Expo will be the biggest in its six-year history when it runs alongside the main Fespa show in Berlin next May.

Five months after Xeretec’s acquisition of Landscape Group – a move that brought together two of the biggest resellers of two of the world’s largest print brands, HP and Xerox - Xeretec has delivered on its acquisition promise to appoint more staff in support of both businesses. Xeretec has increased headcount by 39, bringing its total number of staff to 263.

Lintec Europe (UK) has experienced a year of sustained growth following the formal acquisition by its Japanese parent company, Lintec corporation in November 2016. The agreement involved the purchase and transfer of all shares of Lintec Graphic Films Ltd to Lintec's wholly owned European subsidiary, Lintec Europe, based in the Netherlands. On 21 September 2017 Lintec Graphic Films changed its name to Lintec Europe (UK) as a reflection of its position within Lintec Corporation.

Milton Keynes-based Icon Graphics has completed installation of the UK’s first Durst Rho P10 250HS Plus 6C + W inkjet printer. Director Neville Tosar said: “It improves our offering and will more than double production capacity. It shows we are investing in our customers and that we are safeguarding the quality of our production well into the future.”

SAi has signed a worldwide agreement to supply three newly-created Flexi-driven cutting software packages with Graphtec’s large-format vinyl cutters. The new three-tier offering - Cutting Master 4, Graphtec Pro Studio and Graphtec Pro Studio Plus - replaces Graphtec’s previous software solution, also named Graphtec Pro Studio.

Signbox has completed interior and exterior signage and graphic refurbishment of five buildings for a major investment management company based in Henley-upon-Thames.
