Jonas Sjostrom from Sweden has been named the winner of Fespa’s World Wrap Masters Series.  Second and third prize went to Martynas Bertulis from Ireland and Ruan Greef from South Africa respectively. All three received cash prizes.

Orafol has extended its 970 Premium Special Effect Cast car wrapping film to include two new glitter colours: Mandarin and Intergalactic Blue. The new colours are available with a glossy surface, and in both a standard version and a RapidAir version.

Zund Plotting Systems (UK) has become a subsidiary of Zund Systemtechnik. Tim Taylor, founder and commercial director of the St Albans-based operation - which has been an official distribution and service partner of Zund Systemtechnik since 1993 - will remain with the company, heading up UK sales. Newly appointed managing director, Stuart Cole, will oversee daily operations.

PM Theresa May has visited Octink in Brentford, the second visit by a Prime Minster to the company in under six years - David Cameron visited in 2011. Brexit, apprenticeships and the importance of family owned businesses to the economy were discussed at the latest meeting. May sat in on a round table event before undertaking a factory tour and a Q&A with staff.
