PressOn does its bit for record breaking attempt

PressOn is the company behind the body and tail fin wrap of the recently unveiled world land speed record attempt car Bloodhound SSC. On 15 October 2016 Royal Air Force fighter jet pilot, Andy Green, will drive Bloodhound in Haskeen Pan, South Africa, in an attempt to break the current World land speed record.

The vehicle, designed to travel faster than the speed of sound, and hopefully to speeds of over 1,000mph, has been eight years in development and has cost £13.5 million. Built in Bristol, Bloodhound is 13.5m long and uses jet and rocket motors to produce c.135,000hp thrust. Its 2m high tail fin provides stability at high speed.
