Case study from Wrights Plastics

Like a large format equivalent of Real Madrid a leading signage & display specialist is celebrating its multi £m ‘all star’ production line up.
Wrights Plastics has invested almost £2m recently ‘signing up’ some of the leading names in their fields to ensure the company remains competitive in an increasingly globalised market. The West Bromwich-based business specialises in retail display, signage and graphics. Their investment includes a digital printer “3x faster than equivalent models”, a Digital Cutting System so effective they purchased a second one within 12 months and one of the largest Laser Cutters on the market. MD Mike Wright said this week “Our ongoing investment is the measure of our commitment to UK manufacturing. The investment has helped us expand our service offering and, across all our production processes, improved efficiency and increased productivity. “With the impact of manufacturing processes on the environment rightly of increasing importance, investing in the latest kit helps minimise energy use, lower wastage and reduce our carbon footprint.” “We have been early adopters of many of the items we have invested in – sometimes being the first in the UK.” “We believe our plant list is unparalleled in our sector” Mike concluded.
