Brisbane-based signage and visual displays company Rapid Displays recently used Drytac Polar Premium Air White self-adhesive vinyl paired with Drytac Weathersheild Gloss polymeric PVC laminate to produce an impressive and eye-catching wrap for a huge lorry trailer.

Bath-based branding and signage business Freestyle Designs has been established for 14 years, specialising in a range of services from standard shop signage projects to large rebrands, vehicle graphics, wallcoverings and vinyl graphics, and more. Founder and Managing Director Jayson Godridge loves to keep the business moving forward, whether that’s staying up-to-date with the latest technology and investing in new kit, or targeting larger scale, higher volume work. “We knew we weren’t going to be able to achieve that with our current machinery,” explains Jayson.

Earlier this year, London-based American artist, Loreal Prystaj, used Phototex self-adhesive fabric as a key component in her unique art installation, Nude Pepper, in the ‘Around the Table’ exhibition at No.20 Arts Gallery in Islington, London. The installation was removed, stored and then reinstalled at the Photo London 2021, at Somerset House in September. It has since been removed again and is available to reinstall should Loreal wish.

Dublin-based print and signage production company Just Print has praised the impact of its new HP Latex 800W, saying that the printer has enabled it to expand its service offering and allowed the business to move ahead of competitors in a busy market.

Founded in 2007, Paddock Digital Printing BV is a print production company, based in The Netherlands, that specialises in producing indoor and outdoor signage. Though a relatively small company, with just ten employees, all of its products are produced entirely in-house, from start to finish. The company invested in an eight channel Acuity Ultra 5044 in 2020, to future-proof its business and help it to remain competitive.

By investing in Agfa’s Asanti workflow software for sign & display printers, Japanese printing company Hataya co., Ltd. has become a forerunner in its field. Asanti has improved their productivity while significantly reducing output errors.

Delta Group, founded in 1991, is one of Europe’s leading visual communications specialists and brand activation to a range of leading blue-chip clients within the retail, consumer brands and entertainment sectors. The company provides an end-to-end service provision offering creative services, experiential, POS production, fulfilment and distribution and installation.  With head offices in Hertfordshire, UK, the company employs over 750 staff across its 4 sites and has an annual turnover of around £90 million. In March 2021, Delta Group installed an Onset X3 HS, and just months on from the investment, they are delighted with the results.

Dizzy Duck Designs has installed a Mimaki UCJV300-160 printer and Easymount laminator from CMYUK. The new equipment was purchased to handle current demand and factor in future company growth.
