Zund has confirmed that its new Q-Line cutters with BHS180 board handling system and integrated undercam optical capturing system will be shown for the first time at a trade show at Drupa.
Launched earlier this year, the integrated system is intended for the demands of industrial finishing of printed boards for displays and packaging. Working together, the new machine components generate a speed of up to 2.8m/s. Acceleration of up to 2.1g is made possible by a new, linear drive system. The new substructure for Q-Line cutters is made from concrete to ensure optimum cutting precision even at extremely high speeds.
