Shuttleworth introduces MIS Version 5
Shuttleworth’s Version 5 MIS has a completely redesigned user interface that looks and feels like Microsoft Outlook.
Paul Deane, Shuttleworth joint MD, said: ‘It was a big decision for us to invest in complete redesign of the user experience. Our primary aim with version 5 was to help the user get to information more quickly and following an extensive beta test program the feedback has been fantastic.”
Deane added: “One of the big factors for the development team was to provide a platform to build further functionality into the interface. The next release is scheduled for early 2012 and will include drag and drop capability from Outlook, a built in dashboard, enhanced reporting and support for mobile devices.”
