Octink produces high-end see-through graphic in Knightsbridge

Display specialist Octink has used Contra Vision Performance perforated window film from William Smith to produce a 30m2 see-through graphic to screen off essential refurbishment works to a high-end retail space opposite Harrods in London’s Knightsbridge.

The finished graphic - a woodland scene - was applied in sections to the inside of a window elevation. “The result is a vibrant low maintenance window display to enhance the ongoing marketing of this space,” said managing director, Mike Freely. “Our client, design and marketing agency Tayler Reid, was especially interested in the internal option in order to prevent the image from gathering dirt or grime externally over time. Potentially, this graphic could be in place for up to two years, so it is vital to keep the image looking sharp.”

Contra Vision was chosen by Octink for its quality and durability. Freely explained: “As far as we are aware, the internal Contra Vision product is more or less the only ratified product on the market. We could see that it had been widely tested and, therefore, we had the confidence to recommend it to our client for this particular project.”
