Fledgling Your Print Partner is looking to double its staff of four following the recent installation of its first wide-format printer – a Mimaki TX400.
The Lincoln-based operation, founded earlier this year by 23-year-old managing director Stuart Maclaren, has so far outsourced its print. The Mimaki enables it to bring certain print work in-house.
With the company focuses on fabric print provision and has already won a number of major contracts, including F2 Powerboat Racing, the JLS summer concert tour and the Tom Jones tour.
Maclaren said: “It has been great to see such fast growth in the company which has already seen the targets we set for the year surpassed within the last few months. With this in mind we wanted to keep as much of the production in house, under our control and more importantly in the UK. So this month we saw delivery of our new printer which will help keep the flag flying for UK manufacturing.”
The company is currently looking to recruit a graphic designer, sales administration and sewing staff.
