Wallpaper manufacturer The Surface Print Company has bought a HP LX3000 and a HP LX260 printer, bringing digital printing to the fore at their family run company.
Based in Lancashire, the traditional home of wallpaper manufacturing, The Surface Print Company is one of only a handful of wallpaper manufacturers left in the UK and they specialise in contract printing. The purchase of the new LX3000 is in addition to the existing traditional printing machines at the premises, and will enable them to produce one off and bespoke digitally printed wallpapers for interior designers and specialist wallpaper designers. The LX260 was ordered along side the HP LX3000 to produce design samples. The HP Latex printers arrived in October and they have purposely built a new digital suite to house the two new printers.
The Surface Print Company is known for producing the finest quality wallpapers worldwide and is the only UK flock wallpaper manufacturer. They produce a variety of finished wallpapers including holographic foils, embossed, flock, surface, flexo and more.
