Pixartprinting takes another step en route to certifying its end to end processes

Pixartprinting is making moves certifying its entire process, including production, commercial activities and communication. The aim is to assure transparency in relation to clients, ensure the safety of workers and implement environmentally sensitive policies.

Achieving the main certifications available internationally is part of this move via the certified Integrating Management System, Trusted Shops and now Return Path, a worldwide scheme for the certification of e-mail marketing.

As a newly listed member of Return Path, Pixartprinting is now part of the ‘whitelist’ that ensures the best delivery performance of e-mail based communication. To be awarded the certification, the company’s marketing department had to prove that it complies and upholds strict standards when sending e-mails, assuring that the content is considered relevant by users and a very low spam complaint rate.

“We applied to enter Return Path because it mirrors our intention to be on our customers’ side, making their life easy by assuring total transparency and reliability,” said Pixartprinting commercial manager Federico Gonzalez. “The fact that we are in the whitelist proves that we only send information that our users consider relevant. However, there are also a number of other extremely important advantages for companies like ours, that sends out daily e-mails to our customers to inform them of promotions.”

Some of the main benefits include: 40% increased delivery performance towards Yahoo, Hotmail, Comcast, Cloudmark and more than 2 billion e-mail addresses; greater speed in sending and receiving e-mails due to the lower number of spam trap hits; improvement of the user’s experience, with the default display of images and instant activation of included links, achieved by bypassing the blocks set by providers.

Being part of Return Path is a step forward in Pixartprinting’s endeavour to certify every step of its processes. In line with this aim, in 2013 the W2P specialist adopted UNI EN ISO 9001:200 (quality), BS OHSAS 18001:2007 (safety) and UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 (environment) certifications. Its customer-oriented strategy led to the achievement, in 2014, of the Trusted Shops certification, the European seal of quality for online shops.
